Many factors induced the coal mine accident, most of the accidents are caused by human and have a close relationship with the producer behavior, because the coal mine accidents can not implement with real experiment, which brings difficulties to the research and control of the accident. At present, coal is still the main and disposable energy in our country and coal mine accident caused by huaman in China’s production is representative. Therefore,in recent years, the miners’ unsafe behavior is how to produce aroused the interest of scientists.Human factors engineering research shows that, the implementation of behavior has three steps which is perception,decision-making and behavior implementation. It’s not difficult to predict, miner’s risk perception and decision-making is the key of whether miner implements unsafe behavior.Among them, the risk decision-making is the core of the risk perception and behavior implementation, also is the focus of the research, but due to the complexity of human behavior and the difficulty in reproducibility,as well as and the limitation of method, previous research also based on the statistics and analysis of static data, which is not significant to privde theoretical results on Illustrating the evolvement of the accidentce and providing dynamic accident control guidance. This study try to discuss the influence factors of risk decision in miners’ unsafe behavior, set up the simulation platform of miners risk decision, then build the simulation of the miners decision-making by relationship between the individual miners and their surrounding crowd and discusses the control method of miners’ unsafe behavior, provides solutions for the prevention and control of coal mine accidents, then provides a technical method for human accident research.
