Construction And Application Of Environment Performance Evaluation Indicator System Of Auto Manufacturing Enterprises

With the acceleration of industrialization and the further growth of global economy, the global environment has increasingly deteriorated, posing a great challenge to the sustainable development of society, meanwhile, the voice for construction of an environment-friendly society has become more intense. Being a pillar industry in China, the automobile manufacturing enterprise will cause much damage to our resources and environment resulting from its overall process of production, consumption and scrap. Following the trend of protecting our environment in China, it is not just an opportunity but a challenge for enterprises. At present, our automobile manufacturing enterprises have gradually begun to develop energy-efficient and new energy vehicles which can decrease automobile emission to some extent. However, automobile manufacturing enterprises demand to implement environmental performance management to settle the problem of pollution from automobile production.Enterprise environmental performance refers to the performance achieved by environmental protection and control of environmental pollution. Corporate environmental performance evaluation constitutes the main part of the environmental performance. The evaluation can help enterprises acquaint with the pollution in the manufacturing process and control and manage it in time. But at the present age, a scientific, practical and unified environmental performance assessment system has not been set up yet, which is still under theoretical discussion and research results being published by specialists and scholars. That is bad for high-consumption and high-polluting enterprises to conduct environmental management thus lacking of a favorable environment to carry out environmental performance appraisal. In addition, there has been many defects of index system on evaluation methods and indexes, making it more difficult to form a unified index appraisal system, which in turn affects environmental governance and evaluation. Therefore, optimization of the environment performance appraisal index system for automobile manufacturing enterprises can, on one hand, supervise the environmental management of automobile industry to achieve long-term corporate development, and on the other hand, make contributions to the establishment of a unified environment performance appraisal index system for automobile manufacturing enterprises.The main idea of this paper based on pollution parameter in the production workflow of automobile manufacturing enterprises, which is integrated into the constructed environment performance evaluation indication system. The innovative point of constructed evaluation system lies in that it combines clean production standard of autobile manufacturing enterprises related to pollution produced by auto enterprise production, analyzing and constructing by fuzzy comprehensive analysis method and analytic hierarchy process after ensuring that indicator has explicit industry characteristics, proposing suggestions for environment management of Y Auto Company Limited via practical case application analysis. Firstly, this paper elaborates the relevant concepts and theory basis of the construction of enterprise environment performance evaluation indicator system combining with domestic and overseas research status, and its theory basis including sustainable development theory, stakeholder theory, circular economy theory and environment resources value theory. Secondly, it gives a general introduction on the industry profile of auto manufacturing enterprises, pointing out the problems and its optimization ideas existed in environment performance evaluation indicator system of automobile manufacturing enterprises in our country. Thirdly, Based on comparison with optimization ideas to select an appropriate indicator system construction method-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process. On one hand, applying two construction methods combining with objective, comprehensive, operable, combination of financial and non-financial indicators, easily understandable and comparable index construction principles to design indicator and indicator evaluation grade standard, making a selection on indicators via questionnaire, and to comfirm indicators matched with construction system through analyzing rationality. On the other hand, conducting index weight allocation via expert grading method. The final part of this paper is to make an analysis on Y Auto Company Limited applying the constructed indicator system and acquire indicators via questionnaire, then to obtain its environment performance evaluation level by the calculation of fuzzy evaluation method. By virtue of analysis on evaluation results to find out problems existed in the production and manufacturing process, and proposes suggestions on environment performance management so as to help enterprises achieve the long-term strategic target of sustainable development.
