Research On Construction And Application Of Enterprise Environmental Performance Evaluation Index System

Along with the fast development of our country's economy, the environmental problems are increasingly outstanding, having already become one of the important problems that government and social public pay attention to. Resolving environmental problems needs not only to perfect environment laws ,but also to strengthen management, which is not enough to depend on government only, but having to adopt valid measure to promoting the active aware of business enterprise. Along with strengthen of business enterprise environmental protection; more and more business enterprise has been already aware of environmental factors to have become an important factor in its economic activities. They have to bring the environmental factors into its stratagem management and decision to keep on sustainable development. But according to existing research, the business enterprise performance index draw up by the state government lacks system design, and business enterprise's efforts can't be fully reflected, which influences the enthusiasm of enterprise'participation in environmental management. In view of this, the enterprise environmental performance evaluation index system is put forward, basing on achievements in domestic and international environmental performance evaluation and instruction of sustainable development, cyclic economy theories and benefits related theories. A comprehensive evaluation method that is suitable for our country auto industrial enterprise is put forward as well, and used in Toyota Auto Company Japan as an example. All these will have some theoretical value for the building and integrating of our country's enterprise environment performance evaluation theory, and have great practical significance for the expanding and extending of our country's enterprise environment performance evaluation practice.In addition to preface and conclusion, the main part of this paper includes three parts. The first part analyzes sustainable development, cyclic economy and benefits related theories, and provides a theoretical foundation for business enterprise environment performance evaluation, which give necessary cushion analytical premise for this paper. In the second part, some theories of business enterprise environment performance evaluation system is put forward based on related theories of business enterprise environment performance evaluation. Evaluation index system is designed, and a comprehensive evaluation method that is suitable for our country auto industrial enterprise is put forward by means of setting up evaluation model. In the third part, the application of business enterprise environment performance evaluation method is studied. Verification is done for the index system and evaluation model, On the basis of empirical work on Toyota Auto Company Japan, and finally come to the conclusion.
