| Along with the progress of food inspection technology and the improvement of people’s living standard, people pay more and more attention to the problem of food quality and safety. How to effectively ensure food quality and safety has become an important subject in China and the world. The establishment and improvement of food safety traceability system is an important means to availably solve the food safety problems in China.Food safety traceability system based on Internet includes the central tracing management platform, the city tracing management platform, the food production and processing traceability subsystem, the tracing subsystem of storage and transportation, the wholesale market tracing subsystem and the retrace subsystem of fairgrounds and supermarket. This paper mainly studies on an important part of the food safety traceability system—the retrace subsystem of fairgrounds and supermarket.The retrace subsystem of fairgrounds and supermarket is mainly composed of traceability electronic scales, the data transmission network based on WiFi, database and its management system. The subsystem adopts an active tracing method, which uses traceability electronic scales to extend the traceability information to each consumer.It completely perfects the information system of the whole food safety traceability system. If food quality problems occur,the consumers and government regulators can easily query the information of the products to achieve the purpose of timely and targeted recalling and destroying the problematic food.Firstly, the paper gives a brief introduction to principles of food safety traceability system.It includes the traceability electronic scales based on WiFi and the active tracing method and so on. Secondly, according to the system’s requirements analysis, it gives the overall structure of the system. A hybrid model of C/S and B/S is proposed for the development of the system.It namely that, The retrace subsystem of fairgrounds and supermarket uses the C/S architecture within the system,while uses B/S architecture in its data sharing module with the city tracing management platform. The network design of the system based on WiFi has been completed. Supermarket and farmer’s market are the subsystem’s two main application areas. In order to acheive the goal of analysis and control tracing information, through the research and modeling analysis, their operation process are modeled. Thirdly, the network communication of the system is studied and verified.The network communication frame is developed in this paper, as well as data sharing interface standard and data report specification. The systerm network topology and main performance index are verified. Finally, this paper completed the design of the database and its management system. In order to meet the security requirements of system data, this paper uses DES and RSA mixed encryption algorithm to encrypt the transmission data. It tests and analyzes the performance of the algorithm, and ensures the reliability of the system through the congestion detection and avoidance (CODA) mode. |
