As the sulfosuccinate combined fatliquor with special performance,it is widely applicable in leather industry.For this type of fatliquor,there are still some shortcomings existing such as lightfastness,stability and etc.This article takes some technical means such as selection of raw material,process improvement and etc.to improve the performance of the fatliquor.This thesis mainly consists of four parts.(1)With 12-hydroxy stearic acid and diethanolamine as the starting materials,through acylation reaction and aminolysis reaction,obtains 12-hydroxy stearic acid diethanolamide(called HAS-D for short).The optimal synthesis conditions are determined by single factor experiments,which show that: In the first step acylation reaction,the mole ratio of 12-hydroxy stearic acid to diethanolamine is 1:1.03,the reaction temperature is 135? and the reaction time is 4.0h.In the second aminolysis reaction,the mass of catalyst sodium ethoxide is with the content of 1.5% 12-hydroxy stearic acid,the reaction temperature is 70? and the reaction time is 2.0h.Under these conditions,the yield of HAS-D is 90.95%.The characterists of 12-hydroxy stearic acid and HAS-D are determined by FTIR.(2)With HAS-D and stearic acid as the starting materials,through esterification reaction,obtains HAS-D-S.The optimal synthesis conditions are determined by single factor experiments,which show that: The mole ratio of HAS-D to stearic acid is 1:1.0,the mass of catalyst ptoluenesulfonic acid is with the content of 0.3% total material weight,the reaction temperature is 140? and the reaction time is 2.5h.The yield of the main product is 91.537% detected by ELSD.The characterist of the main product is HAS-D-S determind by the ~1HNMR and FTIR.(3)With HAS-D-S as the starting material,through esterification reaction and sulfonation reaction,obtains HAS-D-S-SCF Fatliquor.The optimal synthesis conditions are determined by single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments,which show that: in the esterification reaction,the total mole ratio of hydroxy to maleic anhydride is 1:0.9,the mass of catalyst p-toluenesulfonic acid is with the content of 0.1% total material weight,the reaction temperature is 95? and the reaction time is 5.0h.In the sulfomation reaction,the mole ratio of maleic anhydride to anhydrous sodium sulfite is 1:1.03,the reaction temperature is 80? and the reaction time is 3.0h.The maleic acid monoester and HAS-D-S-SCF Fatliquor were determined by FTIR.(4)The preparation of HAS-D-L depends on the optimal synthesis conditions of HAS-D-S.With the mixture of HAS-D-L and Span as the starting material,depending on the optimal synthesis conditions of HAS-D-L-SCF,obtains HAS-D-LS-SCF combined fatliquor.The optimal mixture material and the mass ratio determined by testing and comparing the physical indexes and fatliquoring performance,which show that: Select the mixture of HAS-D-L and Span-20 as the starting materials,and the Span-20 is in a mass fraction of 10% HAS-DL.The HAS-D-LS-SCF combined fatliquor prepared under these conditions has the excellent properties of flexibility,filling ability,light resistance and et al.
