With the development of the society, resource conservation and protection has become a strategic task for the sustainable development of human environment, all countries in the world are taking positive and effective measures to improve the environment, reduce pollution. Energy saving and environmental protection as the quality of China’s economic and social development, the assessment index is the development model of industry. In recent years, the tobacco industry attaches great importance to energy conservation and emissions reduction work attempts to put forward the "green workshops" concept, to create a group attaches great importance to environmental protection and resource conservation and the sustainable development of the new tobacco industrial enterprise.In this paper, a construction project in pudong of Shanghai tobacco group as an example to carry out the green workshops project research, technical evaluation, the project plan and so on related work, detailed introduces the several green energy-saving technology applied in practical engineering workshops. Renewable energy and energy conservation technology is analyzed, combining with the local characteristics of system in Shanghai is studied how the air conditioning system and the integration of energy efficiency, and through the low temperature cooling tower,water storage, wet ground source heat pump + solution type low carbon technology such as temperature and humidity independent control technology, realize the energy saving of green workshops. And on the above technical scheme for equipment selection and process design.This paper analyzes the in the production process of cigarette because of the stringent requirements of temperature and humidity, air conditioning unit in summer reheat frequently, causing great waste of energy; in addition, cigarette factory in the production process will discharge a large number of high temperature and high humidity, containing odor process gas and moisture exhaust silk, silk dust and cigarette bag dust removal process exhaust heat has not been recycling phenomenon.According to the factory site tailored the double coil type temperature and humidity independent control air waste heat recovery system for technical scheme and the process scheduling system. In order to solve the above problems.Investment estimation of the energy saving system at the same time, running cost estimation and economic benefits analysis comparison, it is concluded that the use of energy-saving technology of the system than the conventional system more efficient and stable, healthy and comfortable and greatly reduces the operation cost.
