Strip shape is one of the most important quality indexes of strip products. Its influence factors are numerous, and the factors affect each other.It is the key to establishing a precise calculation model for the study of shape control. At present, the advanced equipment of the cold rolling production line in domestic steel enterprises are mostly imported,the mathematical model of shape control is still a difficult problem for the domestic production technical personnel.So considering the influencing factors.independent research and development the precision plate shape control mathematical model to improve the technical content of cold rolled products has extraordinary significance.For this main factors that affect the shape of the board,use a steel plant five stand tandem cold rolling mill as the research object,mainly carried out the following studies.Aiming at the problem of low precision of rolling force calculation,The simplified modeling of rolling mill based on Pro/Engineer software, using the finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA simulation of five stand cold rolling process,analysis of strip in rolling process should be the change of stress distribution and rolling force on each stand, the result of analyzing rolling force obtained with the measured values between the relative errors are less than 3%.Aiming at the main factors that affect the plate shape such as the bending force and the cooling way of the plate,first of all, the influence of bending roll force on the bending deformation is studied. Through the analysis, it is found that when the bending roll force increases to a certain value, it can effectively improve the bending deformation of the roll, and then improve the shape of the roll;And then analyzes the different heat transfer coefficient of temperature change on the rolling effect,The analysis can conclude that under the better cooling condition, the temperature of the workpiece deformation and roll will decrease. At this time, the linear expansion is small, the shape is highly precise.Finally, the natural frequency and vibration mode of the first four high rolling mill are studied,to provide the basis for setting the speed of rolling mill.
