Strip shape as an important index to measure the external quality of steel coil is an important factor to determine the competitiveness of product market.Good shape can not only improve customer satisfaction and final product yield.It is also an inevitable requirement to ensure the smooth production of strip steel in each production line in the production process.Therefore,the problem of product flatness is solved.Improving the quality of strip shape has always been a key topic in the iron and steel industry.The research of shape problem must be guided by the shape theory,improve the shape control method and improve the precision of shape detection.The flatness control technology of rolling mill is an important factor to determine the quality of strip shape.Based on the 1420mm cold continuous rolling line of Jingtang Company of Shougang,this paper introduces the main rolling process in detail.The main equipment and performance parameters of 1420mm cold rolling line are summarized.The shape control characteristics of UCM rolling mill are studied deeply by constructing the shape automatic control model combined with the research core of this paper.The algorithm of representing asymmetric shape and symmetrical shape is described in detail,and the function relation between the shape control characteristic of rolling mill and the actual shape is determined.This paper introduces the composition,structure and hardware of automatic control system for strip cold mill by using fuzzy control cooling method.In the actual production of shape setting calculation,closed-loop feedback control functions,processes,algorithms,etc.Combined with the wave shape problem in the production and operation of the shape control system,the research is carried out and the optimization adjustment is carried out.The experimental results show that the bending roll force parameters and the target curve are optimized through the research and field application of the plate-shaped control model of the 1420 mm cold tandem rolling production line,and the strip shape is effectively improved,and the product quality is improved.
