As the composite of the emerging field of use, carbon fiber reinforce material cylinders are mainly composed of the aluminum liner and composite layer, in which the composite layer is composed of carbon fiber and resin material as the main part of the cylinder pressure. There are no clear theoretical calculation theory of national standards for design of carbon fiber composite cylinders and deterministic methods.Since there is no clear way to design, it requires a strategy to verify the rationality of the design: using a series of destructive tests to verify the rationality of the design. Through verification, it can refer to the design formula of the cylinder liner on the calculation of aluminum. The theoretical calculation of the fiber winding is based on the experimental data and theoretical formula of the composite material are amended. The simulation software is simulated by CAE, and the correctness of the formula is verified.The rationality of the product design is not only through theoretical calculation, software verification, it is also necessary to design the effect of different fiber winding ways for product design, and to study the influence of winding ways on product performance. Different winding distributions can give rise to different results without increasing the thickness of the cylinder liner. After test, the best way is the ring to winding and longitudinal winding uniform distribution, namely liner/hoop layer/ longitudinal layer/hoop layer/longitudinal layer, such a winding way can better meet the requirements of explosion and finite life test, winding smaller thickness to achieve good performance, and save the consumption of raw materials. This is necessary and important in the actual production process.
