| In pace with the upgrading of science and technology and the industry modernization, the precise control of the motor is also developed greatly. Traditional relay control of the motor is too complex, and owing to the motor's running inertia, it can't guarantee the accuracy of the motor stop position. Inverter control is used to realize the soft start and stepless speed control of the motor, and it also has a lot of limitations on the stop position control of the motor. Industrial development requires a new type of control system, which should be characterized by fast, accurate, flexible and convenient. Now the modern servo control system can meet the requirements on this aspect. Controlling servo system by PLC, it could not only achieve the perfect control of the speed, but also get accurately positioning on the motor stop position, which meets the requirements of the industrial modernization and promotes its development. Therefore, PLC servo control system has already been one of the most important parts for industrial automation.In this thesis, an automatic positioning system on account of PLC and servo control is designed and developed, aiming at the application of laser welding machine in the welding of battery module bandage. By using PLC as the core of the control system, touch screen as the window of man-machine communication, laser measurement sensor on the accurate measurement of the focal length and servo motor to drive laser welding head to locate the position in the stereoscopic space, the laser welding machine is successfully used in the welding of battery module bandage, which has the characteristics of welding quickly and welding with high quality. The practice shows that the positioning system of the laser welding machine is simple, reliable, and can effectively improve the production efficiency and guarantee the quality of the product, and it is very suitable for the equipment which needs precise positioning. |
