| Coal mining as one of the main sources of national energy is an important pillar of the national economy. The working state of coal mine equipment directly influences the smooth production of the coal mine; therefore, it is necessary to monitor the equipment. Based on the existing scheme, this paper introduces a systematic scheme for remote to underground coal mine equipment. Combining the application of cable and wireless communication and the technology of Internet of things, mix the theory and practice, this paper introduces a set of coal mine equipment monitoring system based on multi communication mode.First, we introduce the overall system structure according the environment, dividing the system into three parts: application layer, data transfer layer and data acquisition layer by using the method of hierarchical and modular. In the wired communication mode, the PC in application software layer communicates to the concentrator in data transfer layer through Ethernet, and the concentrator communicates to the lower electric actuator based on RS485, so as to realize the remote real-time monitoring and controlling system. Also the wireless sensor network is the core of wireless communication. The wireless sensor network which is set by Zigbee technology transmits the parameters of the device to the data collection point then data will be stored in the data center. The multi platform software in application layer can send request to the data server to obtain the information in database and display it.Second, this paper deeply introduces the design and implementation of the hardware and software in wired and wireless mode. In the mode of wired type, LPC4357 in ARM Cortex M4+M0 structure is adopted as the control core of the system. Monitoring and controlling of the equipment in the wired mode is realized through the communication protocol constituted by myself. The wireless sensor node uses NUC100 as microcontroller chip and MC13224 as the Zigbee chip. The wireless sensor network achieves the collection of data and by improving the clustering and routing algorithm send up to the data collection center. Data is stored by the database. PC application software and mobile application software send a request to the data server in order to get the device parameters information in the database.Finally, through the functional verification and testing, the system meets the requirements of the application scene, also the function of system is strong and has good application value. |
