Design And Research Of Hydraulic Unclamping Device For Truck-mounted Drilling Rig

CMB car rig is an important equipment for mining of coal bed gas and mine rescue. The existing hydraulic unclamping device is heavy, not easy to handle and the adjustment of break-out tong is cumbersome, besides those above, it cannot unclamp upside screw thread of drill pipe. Aiming at this problem, design and research of hydraulic unclamping device has been done for truck-mounted drilling rig. The following work are done during design process:(1) A hydraulic unclamping device which is used for 60 T CMB car rig is designed based on the existing hydraulic unclamping device in this paper. It includes hydraulic system, drill unclamping device and drill pipe unclamping device.(1) Designing drill unclamping device used for truck-mounted drilling rig. Solid model is built by 3D modeling software, then using finite element analysis software to analyze the strength of clamp, break-out tong and slip, optimization of some parts are been done according the result of finite element analysis.(2) Designing drill pipe unclamping device, solid model is built by 3D modeling software, then using finite element analysis software to analyze the strength of clamp, break-out tong, optimization of the parts above is been done according the result of finite element analysis.(3) Designing hydraulic system of unclamping device, several shuttle valves and hydraulic control non-return valves are added to the hydraulic system on the basis of existing hydraulic system to meet the requirement of follow-up of clamp adjustment mechanism, meanwhile to enhance property of pressure maintaining. Two schemes of pressure maintaining are designed to be compared at the time of test.(4) After machining prototype, type testing are proceeded to test the torque of unclamping, diameter range of drilling rig and comparison of two schemes of pressure maintaining.
