The deformation of casing used in oil-water well is an inevitable Engineering problem in the field of oil and gas production,It seriously affects the economic benefit of oil and gas production.Aiming at this problem to the domestic and foreign has been deformation of casing shaping technology for analysis and research,propose a new design method of deformed casing repair device,it is possible to overcome the traditional common repair technique to repair long repair cycle,low success rate,high cost,poor general applicability and low safety factor,can realize one time under the well,the continuous repair and repair control purposes,to improve the efficiency of repairing well and reduce the cost of repair.Design a new hydraulic spring combined deformed casing repair device,and its overall function design and systematic mechanical analysis.Using CAD,SolidWorks(Pro/E)and other design software for the structural design of the repair device,and to get the corresponding parts and assembly drawings.And design the control scheme of the repair device,Using a based on computer control,a new type hydraulic intelligent control system of intelligent regulation repair device performance parameters,for control constant pressure variable pump adjustment mechanism,hydraulic system of repair device and lifting devices in order to achieve the purpose of automatic repair job.The design of hydraulic mechanism of the repairing device,mainly used the theory of abstract variable design,to the hydraulic system is analyzed,can to get the corresponding design method and calculation formula.Using the optimized design theory and according to the deformed casing repair device requirements of different,to construct the corresponding objective function,to get optimal abstract design variables of the corresponding objective function,to optimize hydraulic impact system performance parameters of the repair device.Build repiar devices mathematical modeling,using AMEsim to the various components of repair device simulation,the simulation results are analyzed and studied,optimize to structure design parameters of repiar device,and verify feasibility,rationality and reliability of repiar devices.Based on the theory of elastic-plastic mechanics,contact theory,yield criterion and the practical working condition of repairing downhole deformed casing,the article built a load calculation model for repairing deformed casing,defined the theory of repairing downhole deformed casing and derived the theoretical repairing load formula,consequently it provides a set of important theoretical basis to prognosticate the repairing load on downhole deformed casing.Then,the article used the finite element software ANSYS to establish a three-dimension numerical simulation model for downhole deformed casing,studied the relationship between repairing load on downhole deformed casing and in-situ stress,deformation pattern,structure of tube expanding head,casing thickness.The numerical example shows that the result of theoretical calculation is very close to the numerical simulation result,the relative errors are all within 2%.The theoretical results and numerical results show that the in-situ stress,deformation pattern,structure of tube expanding head and casing thickness are the main factors influencing the repairing load on casing,they also determines the complexity of casing deformation after repairing.
