The Construction Path Of Ecological Culture Village In Hebei Province

China is a large agricultural country.The construction of ecological civilization in rural areas is an important part of the whole country.The core of the construction of ecological civilization is to deal with the relationship between the people and the nature.Marx and his followers put forward the prospective ideas of ecological civilization in different times,which mainly includes three aspects: the ecological view of nature in practice,the ecological view of nature in materialism and the social relations in harmony of human and nature.At present,there are still a lot of problems in the construction of rural ecological civilization in China: various forms of enterprises' pollution,the pollution of household waste,the degradation of ecological resources,weak foundation of rural environmental protection,etc.All these problems severely restrict the development of ecological civilization construction in rural areas.In 2015,Former Nanyu Village,Big Jidian Village and West Yangjiaying Village in Hebei Province were awarded as “Ecological Culture Village in China”.The main features of these ecological culture villages are: the ecological culture is prosperous,the ecological environment is good,the ecological industry is diversified,and the relation between human and nature is harmonious.In this paper,the development of the model villages is analyzed through investigation and study.Former Nanyu Village changed the poor state of the economy through barren mountain treatment method of the three combination.After the ecological agriculture,fruit processing,and ecological tourism,the village formed the three industry coordinated development model based on the ecological agriculture.At the same time through the establishment of the gasification station,the village realized the combination of life and production of circular economy system.Big Jidian Village by reform and opening-up started through the establishment of papermaking enterprises.After consolidating the foundation of the economy,the village through the renovation of ancient cultural relics,planning to beautify the village capacity,successfully created the ancient villages and towns.West Yangjiaying Village had its unique development path: “three systems” to become the affluent village,“three concentration” to create ecological beauty,“eight spirit” to strong the culture.By using comparative analysis method,this paper explores the common features of the three villages' development: the concept of the combination of economic development and environmental protection,the development path of coordination of the primary,secondary and service industry,and the development goal of common prosperity.It is no doubt that the local development path based on local conditions makes them exhibit different characteristics,forming the ecological villages with mountain characteristic,ancient town characteristic and cultural characteristic.Finally,using the experience of model villages for reference,the author comes up with the related strategies on promoting ecological civilization construction in rural areas,such as learning the construction experience in Sweden,Japan and Germany,developing unique ecological industry,actively improving ecological culture,educating ecological citizens,giving full play to the functions of the government and so on.All the strategies suggest lessons for other villages.To sum up,this paper is divided into three parts.The first part introduces the theory of ecological civilization construction and the current situation of China's rural ecological civilization construction.The second part studies the model of construction path of three ecological culture villages in Hebei Province--Former Nanyu Village,Big Jidian Village and West Yangjiaying Village by the comparative analysis.The third part brings up the related strategies on constructing rural ecological civilization.
