Water injection pump is the core equipment of oil extraction technology.With the oilfield entering the high water cut development period,the water injection quantity increased significantly,and the water injection power consumption accounted for about 60% of the total electricity consumption in the oil field.At present centrifugal water injection pumps cause to low efficiency,and reciprocating water injection pump have high efficiency but small flow and small power.Therefore,the development of high efficiency,energy saving and grate power reciprocating water injection pump to provide advanced energy saving equipment for crude oil exploitation has become a important task.It is of great significance to energy conservation,emission reduction and sustainable development.The influence to pump's operating reliability and performance stability caused by suction and discharge process of reciprocating pump,the movement characteristics of the valve and the flow of fluid in the pump is grate.However,most of the research on reciprocating pump is limited to the research of the small power reciprocating pump valve and the research on the overall performance of the hydraulic end of the five-cylinder double-function reciprocating pump with high power is not carried out.This paper mainly studies the hydraulic end of 5ST200D-266.6/10 five-cylinder double-function reciprocating oil field water injection pump based on fluent.The main job and results are as follows:1.Based on the theoretical analysis of the working process of the five cylinder double acting reciprocating water injection pump,a differential equation describing the movement of the pump valve is established,And through the UDF program to get the dynamic mesh update method which can control the movement of valve,and use of fluent for the dynamic simulation of the pump.It is initially revealed the characteristics of the pump.2.Through the numerical simulation of the five cylinder double acting water injection pump,the opening and closing lag angle of the valve,movement speed of valve plate,impact speed of valve plate and lift limiter and the seated speed of valve plate is analyzed.As a result,the effect of spring stiffness,crank speed and lift limiter height on the motion of pump valve is expounded.3.The instantaneous flow curve of the five cylinder double acting reciprocating pump's working cavity was superposed,the instantaneous flow rate of the pump is obtained,flow characteristics are studied.The results show that: the average value of suction flow rate and discharge flow rate increases with the increase of pump speed and is less affected by the lag angle and connecting rod ratio.The maximum and minimum flow only increased with the increase of pump speed.The pump speed has a certain effect on the pulse rate of flow.4.Through the absorption process of the pump for fluid dynamic analysis,the suction valve spool with different height in the process of opening and closing the pump internal flow field was analyzed.It reveals the distribution of fluid velocity field and pressure field in the process of large five cylinder double acting pump.
