With the development of economy, the demand of coolant series products and methane chloride wastewater produced in production process, are gradually increasing, the treatment of methane chloride wastewater is being a key point of current research. This article screen and domesticated chlorine removing bacteria from the nature, using cooked rice husk as carrier to immobilize dechlorinating bacteria, analysis the degradation effect of chloroform, and then analysis the kinetics mechanism of the reaction.Firstly, screen natural chlorine removing bacteria, analysis its optimum growth condition. The results are as follows: F-11 chlorine removing bacteria has the best tolerance of chloroform and environmental adaptability.Over preliminary identification,F-11 chlorine removing bacteria is belongs to basidiomycetes-porous bacteria(aphyllophorales)-thelephoraceae,it is a kind of white rot fungi;F-11 chlorine removing bacteria can tolerate 2mg/L chloroform, and the optimum growth condition is pH=5,35?,oscillation rate 120r/min,the volume ratio of rice husk extract is 10%.pH has the most significant effect of the growth of the bacteria from all the influence factors.Secondly, using cooked rice husk as carrier to immobilize dechlorinating bacteria, make immobilized chlorine removing bacteria, research the optimum immobilization conditions and the optimum conditions of degraded chloroform. The optimum immobilization conditions of chlorine removing bacteria is boiling 30 min, boiling temperature 100?,irice husk 0.5g.In this condition, the removal rate of chloroform is the highest,55.7%,the effect of fixed is the best;by five single-factor experiment results of immobilized dechlorinating bacteria in wastewater of the compared experiment,it shows that degrading effects of chloroform of cooked rice husk immobilized dechlorinating bacteria > degrading effects of chloroform of rice husk immobilized dechlorinating bacteria > degrading effects of chloroform of free bacteria.,because cooked rice husk after boiling has bigger specific surface area and looser structure,it can fixed chlorine removing bacteria better, and it has the best chloroform removal rate; The optimum immobilization conditions of cooked rice husk is: Chloroform concentration 0.1mg/L,adding amount 0.5g,35?,pH 5,oscillation rate 160r/min.In this condition, the removal rate of chloroform is the highest,78.7%.pH has the most significant effect of the growth of the bacteria from all the influence factors. Finally,By exploring the dechlorination reaction, research on kinetic mechanism of microbial degradation of chloroform by immobilization cooked rice husk in waste water. It shows that, within the range of tempeture of 15 ? to 40 ?,under the initial chloroform concentration to be 0.5mg/L,fitting the concentration of chloroform and the degradation time, the reaction order tend to be first-order reactions.Reaction rate constant K and temperature are satisfying polynomial relation. So in different temperature,first-order reaction is :lnC=lnC0-Kt=6.2-(-0.0002T2 + 0.0175T-0.2033)t?...
