The development of modern technology largely benefits from the improvement of embedded system and the operating platform of its production.Meanwhile,users excepting more needs and requirements to embedded system.Beacause of its outstanding performance and excellent suitable with Iot system.STM32 has become a lasted hotspot for developers in many industrial applications.Basing on what we mentioned above,this paper propose an intellectual ultrasonic welding machine system operates over industrial Internet of things of the current development tide of ultrasonic wielding machine by analyzed massive related articles at home and aboard.What this paper propose is basing on current mainstream platform and enhanced version of STM32F103,combining with data collecting,WiFi-communicating and database,the system has realized display of LCD,STM32 embeded technology and wireless communication technology.Upon the research of this system,the details are as follows:Presenting the modified project point at the imperfection of traditional wielding machine,because of STM32F103 enhanced version has a great number of hardware interface,the project re-designed the electric circuit and software program of master control system.This project has excellent extensive capacity by using modularization-design,.By combining wireless communication technique into the project,this paper adopted a rather simple wireless transmission protocal—aka Serial transmission protocal,the system can transmit the real-time data of the wielding machine.Meanwhile,the data and the whole system running state and saving means of production can be checked by PC or smartphone.It can providing the data support to the improvement of technology.By digging into how ultrasonic vibration system works,we designed the ultrasonic energy system and working module and based on the traditional tracking technology,we provide design for an updated version of tracking module,which is not only combines with the hardware tracking technology,but also refined the tracking solution,in turn,promotes the efficiency of system as well as accuracy of tracking.
