Polyamide Epichlorohydrin resin(PAE resin)is a sheet of paper chemicals as wet strength agent,in order to improve the market competitiveness of PAE resin products and the application effect of PAE resin,tracked and analyzed the production of PAE resin.By adding PAE resin as single paper chemicals to paper.The suitable technology of PAE resin was studied in detail.The application of PAE resin on the base of wallpaper was studied and the application effect was analyzed.Firstly,following the production process of the PAE resin,combined with literature reading and enterprise equipment conditions,it was found that the improvement of the prepolymer synthesis holding time was feasible,so the synthesis holding time of polyamide prepolymer was prolonged to improve the application effect of PAE resin.Through a period of tracking detection,analysis and discussion.The results showed that the optimum conditions are as follows: 60 kg of water and 500 kg of Adipic acid are charged into the kettle at the same time,and then control the speed of adding Diethylenetriamine 370 kg(the molar ratio of acid amine is 1: 0.95).The reaction temperature was controlled at 165 ℃ and the holding time was 14 h.The condensed water was about 130 kg,and the condensed water was collected during the reaction.Secondly,PAE resin was synthesized by reacting prepolymer(which was synthesized before and after the process improvement)with Epichlorohydrin.The application effect of PAE resin was analyzed in the application experiment of PAE resin.The results showed that,on the basis of paper weight of 80 g/m~2,which was made by Zhongshun pulp,the application effect of PAE resin was achieved the best when the dosage was 20 kg/t,and the application effect of PAE resin was improved slightly after the process improvement.The dry tensile strength and wet tensile strength of paper increased by 0.111 kN / m and 0.023 kN / m,respectively.Finally,PAE resin synthesized by reacting prepolymer before and after the process improvement and PAE resin of other companies were respectively used in the production test on the base of wallpaper for the basis weight of 80 g/m~2,90 g/m~2 and 100 g/m~2.The application effects of different PAE resins on the base of wallpaper were analyzed.Through the analysis of the physical properties of the base of wallpaper,the optimum conditions of application of PAE resin in the production of the base of wallpaper are as follows: the adding amount of PAE is 20kg/t paper,the adding point is controlled at the outlet of pressure screen.The tensile strength and wet strength of the paper after the application of the modified PAE resin were improved.According to the results of PAE resin production test,the effect of PAE resin was improved and PAE resin was more competitive in market by extending the synthesis holding time of polyamide polyamine prepolymer.
