The Production Process Improvement Research Base On VSM In Company S

Value Stream Mapping is a visualization tool for describing logistics and information flow in the framework of Toyota Lean Manufacturing System.This paper will start with the analysis of VSM value Stream,using Lean Improvement Tools and Technology to help enterprises improve production process.Aiming at some specific problems in the production process of S Company,such as process management,on-site lean production management,standardized operation management,inventory management,cost management,product system integration,optimization of equipment management,etc.,this paper will make a comprehensive study and elaboration.This study will have a strong guiding significance for S company to promote lean production,eliminate waste in production process and reduce production costs.This paper briefly introduces the development,theoretical research and application of lean thinking at home and abroad.Combining with the actual work,it expounds the products and production process of S Company and the control points of each process.It uses the Lean Production Improvement Tool and Value Stream Mapping analysis tool to analyze the value-added and non-value-added activities in the production process,so as to unnecessary waste in the production process.Through data acquisition and discussion,systematic analysis,identifying key areas for improvement and improvement measures.Through promoting process optimization and standardization of operation rules,training staff to standardize operation,improving production planning management,strengthening inventory control,strengthening production process control,eliminating equipment factors restricting production efficiency,improving equipment utilization,eliminating unnecessary waste of labor and material in production process,then the production cost can be reduced and the competitiveness of enterprises can be enhanced.In this paper,the production process is analyzed and improved.Through improvement,the production process and human-machine combination are smoother and more efficient,the output capacity is improved,the delivery cycle is shortened effectively,the delivery timeliness is improved,and finally the reduction of production costs and the improvement of quality efficiency are achieved.
