China is a major country of energy consumption and carbon emissions. The increasingly serious environmental pollution gets attention extensively from circles, the development of green low-carbon economy is imminent.Transportation is an industry with fossil fuel as its main energy resource, and it's one of the main sources of carbon emissions, especially logistics obviously. In the part of logistics activities, the energy consumption of the vehicle distribution process about 90 percent of the whole logistics processing. It has important theoretical and practical significance to solve the problem of how to schedule logistics vehicle in order to save energy and reduce the reduction. As an effective means of resource integration, joint distribution is one of the main trends of future logistics development. Its value lies through sharing and integration of existing resources to reduce enterprise logistics costs and improve logistics efficiency, while can also relieve the pressure of urban traffic, improve the transportation conditions, save social resources and reduce environmental pollution.Joint distribution embodies the concept of environmental logistics and environmental distribution. This paper first expounds the research meaning and significance from the research background and research status.Secondly, according to the different ways of resource integration based on the analysis of joint distribution cooperation model, concluded four joint distribution plans. And study plan one and three, namely comparative study of green vehicle routing problem between the customer resource sharing mode and the delivery vehicles sharing mode.Indicates that battery electric vehicles developmental inevitability and its advantages, and expounds the significance of its application in joint distribution. In addition, this paper considers the fuel vehicle emissions of CO2 from fuel upstream and downstream and the battery electric vehicle emissions of CO2 from thermal power, thus introduce the calculation of vehicle emissions of CO2.On this basis and combine with two joint distribution modes of the previous study, this paper mainly studies green vehicle routing problem with multiple distribution centers.Minimizing the total distribution cost as the optimization goal, considering the one time average fixed cost, one time variable cost, fuel or electric cost and CO2 emissions cost in relation to distribution distance, separately construct fuel vehicle green vehicle routing problem mode and battery electric vehicle green vehicle routing problem mode, and design the algorithm according to the theory of genetic algorithms. Finally, combine with a practical case and using MATLAB programs to solve and verify the mode and algorithm, and the results of two joint distribution plans were compared and analyzed from fuel vehicles and battery electric vehicles at a different perspective.Model comparison and numerical analysis show that green vehicle routing problem mode and its genetic algorithm can get the minimum distribution cost and the optimal distribution route under two plans of joint distribution, verify the green path planning is feasible. This paper provides new ideas and methods for the development of environmental distribution,low-carbon economy and energy saving and emission reduction, and also provides a reference basis for logistics enterprises to choose battery electric vehicles.
