Today's social and economic development is getting faster and faster.Under the constantly developing economic and social background, the refined oil distribution industry is facing problems such as increased distribution costs, low distribution efficiency, the need to optimize the distribution model, and the unreasonable planning of secondary distribution routes.Through the scientific and reasonable use of the distribution plan,it helps the vehicle dispatcher to optimize the vehicle distribution route, vehicle usage, and distribution mode. The oil product distribution module in the L area is a typical traditional refined oil distribution mechanism. It has factors such as tank vehicles, dispatchers, and information systems supporting logistics distribution. How to reasonably plan the vehicle distribution path and optimize the distribution mode to improve the distribution Efficiency and lowering the cost of distribution are the current problems to be solved by refined oil transportation companies. This article first explains the research background, research purpose and significance of the secondary distribution of refined oil, summarizes the current research status of domestic and foreign refined oil distribution directions, and then determines the research method and main framework of this article according to the research status, and summarizes the refined oil distribution and vehicle routing. The theoretical knowledge related to problems and demand forecasting prepares the back-end research work of the thesis.Secondly,it analyzes the status quo of state-owned gas stations and private gas stations, and the status quo of refined oil products in the L area, and summarizes the problems in the secondary distribution of the finished products in the L area and the elements required in the distribution process.A path optimization model with multiple cabins and multiple oil products with time windows is established with the minimum cost as the objective function. The genetic algorithm is used to solve the route optimization model, and the minimum fitness value and the optimal distribution plan are solved.Thirdly, according to the actual demand of gas stations in the L area, the historical demand is predicted and calculated by the exponential smoothing method in the time series method, and the demand forecast value of a certain day and month in the future is solved, and the integral constraint condition of the forecast value integration is established.,To solve the predicted value in line with the loading capacity of the tanker compartment, and to improve the utilization rate of the tanker,is the transition from the passive mode to the active mode, thereby optimizing the distribution mode. Finally, according to the route model, the evaluation index is obtained and the result of the integrated forecasting demand is obtained,so that the route optimization and the adaptation of the distribution mode can improve the efficiency of the distribution process and increase the competitiveness of the distribution enterprise.
