With the requirement of the rapid development of iron and steel industry Society for iron and steel materials and quality increasing of steel purity level of the increasingly high demand,and become an important technology future development direction of steel material technology.At the same time in order to comply with the development of high converter and high efficient continuous casting technology,secondary refining technology must develop to the direction of high efficiency.The quality and performance level of iron and steel products represent the core competitiveness of a steel mill or steel industry,and the product purity is an important mark of steel product quality level.Through the continuous optimization of the secondary refining process to increase the reaction rate,shorten the cycle of refining,achieve rapid refining;and further improve the refining of molten steel purity,is of great strategic significance for the future development of China's iron and steel industry.RH(Ruhrstahl Heraeus)system is a secondary steel refining process and equipment to produce high-quality steel production,apply in decarburization,deoxidization,components adjust.Using RH system,we can get pure steel.In this paper,taking RH refining as the research object,in the production process,equipment control requirements,the control scheme of RH are analyzed and discussed,and combined with the production practice,the effective combination of electrical,instrumentation and computer system,combination a full range of control system.The main work is as follows:(1)Analyze equipment and process of RH refining,according to the process and equipment control requirements,combined with the characteristics of RH,presents RH control function demand,including automatic control system and computer control system.The automatic control and computer control will be combined through the Ethernet.(2)Design and implementation of RH refining process control system.Completed the system hardware design,implementation of ladle car system,vessel system,vacuum system,top-lance preheating-lance system,alloy system,the research on the corresponding control algorithm,the static decarburization model,dynamic decarburization model,temperature model is studied,and the alloy minimum cost model.(3)According to the technical requirements,completed the design of HMI picture,including basic automation,process computer and mathematical model.Baosteel engineering application practice has proved that the RH system can meet the needs of production,and achieved certain results.
