This paper is mainly through the gas recovery technology of domestic and foreign oil terminal to collect information,understanding and analysis of the current domestic.And foreign volatile organic compounds recovery methods mainly include condensation,absorption,adsorption,membrane separation and combination process.In recent years,the number of China's crude oil terminal gas recovery equipment facilities has been gradually increasing.In China,most of the terminal oil depot storage and transportation companies are based on independent research and development.Domestic oil and gas recovery and processing equipment to the activated carbon adsorption method of the main oil and gas recovery of the cabin,which has been put into normal production work is no precedent.We have a further understanding of the crude oil wharf oil and gas recovery system through the case analysis of crude oil wharf oil and gas recovery project Hing Company.In addition to the four classical methods of oil and gas recovery,most of the oil and gas in the crude oil wharf contain sulfur components for the treatment of terminal oil and gas.So in this paper,a method of oil and gas catalytic combustion treatment of crude oil terminal is studied.This paper introduces the development status of catalytic combustion in france.So far,the domestic catalytic combustion technology has been focused on two aspects: one is the catalyst and the preparation process;the other is the catalytic burner and the catalytic combustion control technology.The characteristics of the catalyst were studied in detail.The catalyst carrier and the service life of the catalyst were directly related to the cost of the catalytic combustion process.This paper mainly studies the design of autonomous system equipment processing of oil and gas in a catalytic combustion method,and an experiment is designed to test the feasibility,which finally comes to the conclusion that the effect of oil and gas processing equipment meets the requirements of national standard.At the same time,the result shows that the method is suitable for petrochemical,pharmaceutical,printing and other industries emissions of volatile organic compounds VOCs terminal catalytic combustion.Catalytic combustion purification rate is extremelyhigh,low combustion temperature,generating NO,which will not cause two pollution.Therefore,the catalytic combustion method is also applicable to the oil and gas treatment of the terminaland the catalyst can reduce the activation energy of the combustion reaction,so that the VOCs at low temperature conditions.
