As China's industrialization and urbanization,the problem of environmental pollution has become increasingly prominent.It becomes more serious during the 13 th Five-Year.It brings more pressure to the environmental supervision department that people pays more attention on the environmental protection,and raise more awareness of theirs rights on it.Huolin Gol has a wealth of coal resources.By formatting the “Coal-Electricity-Aluminum-aluminum processing" integrated recycling industry economic chain,it provides a lot of financial revenue and jobs.Also it brings more environmental problems.Electrolytic aluminum production will discharge fluorine-containing waste gas.Although we has taken control of it,it still causes complaints from neighboring residents.It is the key for enterprise transformation and green development to accurate grasp the real-time data of its energy consumption and sewage conditions.Electrolytic emissions are divided into two parts,one is an organized part of the chimney discharge,another is the unorganized part discharging from the electrolytic workshop skylight and side window.There is no perfect manual sampling and on-line monitoring for the unorganized part.So we have to consider another method to monitor electrolytic aluminum factories.By studying an Electrolytic Aluminum Enterprise in Huolin Gol,this essay expatiates the research and application of the work condition monitoring system in the supervision of electrolytic aluminum enterprises.By researching the production process of electrolytic aluminum,electrolysis flue gas purification process,working condition of electrolytic aluminum process control technology,electrolytic gas pollutant emission characteristics and monitoring technology,monitoring technology on the working condition of pollution source,it analyses industry characteristics of electrolytic aluminum industry and the caused environmental pollution problem.Supported by the prevention and control of fluoride in electrolytic waste gas and the electrolytic aluminum enterprises monitoring system,it presents the construction scheme and the function design of the monitoring system for electrolytic aluminum by discussing the feasibility of applying the working condition monitoring in the regulation of electrolytic aluminum enterprises.
