In the nature of the distribution,aluminum is very wide,because of its low density,high smoothness,corrosion resistance,good toughness and other advantages of cheap,it's widely used for smelting rare metals,manufacture of aircraft,rockets,cars and other structural materials,also can be used for ultra high voltage cables,with many fields of glass etc..Therefore,the electrolytic production of electrolytic aluminum has become an indispensable industry at home and abroad.Because of the important position of the electrolytic aluminum industry,the domestic and foreign research on electrolytic aluminum industry has been in scientific research and technological innovation in the global aluminum electrolysis industry in an invincible position.However,there is still a big gap between China's aluminum electrolytic cell technology and the world's leading technology.Therefore,it is of great significance for the improvement of the level of aluminum electrolysis in the process of electrolytic aluminum production and the real-time monitoring of the aluminum electrolytic cell.In practical work,the workers in the aluminum electrolysis factory need to detect the parameters of the aluminum electrolytic cell artificially in the factory.However,the field of aluminum electrolysis plant is more complex,the field wiring to achieve the monitoring of the parameters is not convenient,so wireless technology has a great advantage.With the network intelligence,low power consumption,digital,the realization of wireless communication characteristics of the aluminum cell parameter detection system,can greatly improve the level of aluminum electrolysis.Considering the above design requirements,this paper designs and implements a set of monitoring system based on Zigbee technology.The main contents and results are as follows:(1)Together existing wireless network technology,this paper introduces the features and advantages of Zigbee technology,network architecture,and with low cost,low power consumption,high safety as the goal,proposed the design parameter monitoring system of aluminium electrolytic cell using Zigbee wireless network technology.(2)According to the functional design of the monitoring software of PC,current parameters of aluminium electrolytic cell monitoring system in this paper on the production operation,voltage data real-time monitoring,curve parameters,historical data and provide workers with parameters of aluminum electrolytic cell for reference analysis.In addition,by changing the operating parameters of the electrolytic tank can change the working state of the aluminum electrolytic cell,so that the factory can be more efficient and intelligent and safe.(3)In order to aluminum electrolytic cell long-term management for aluminum electrolysis factory management,this paper introduces the design of Web terminal to facilitate personnel landing of aluminum electrolytic cell abnormal current voltage data,very convenient for recording and exchanging status of aluminum electrolytic cell.
