| Heavy oil resource accounted for a large proportion in China,and it is exploited by injecting steam into reservoir.The heat-insulation oil pipe is used during injection to reduce heat loss.The proportion of heat loss caused by the coupling which is the attachment of heat-insulation oil pipe increased as the improvement of heat insulation technology.Also there are few related research results about the coupling.So in this paper we studied computing the thermal conductivity of heat-insulation oil pipe coupling to analyze the effect of the steam parameter caused by the coupling.Based on the inverse problem theory of heat conduction,thermal conductivity of heat-insulation oil pipe coupling is researched in this paper by using measurement and inversion together.With the thermal conductivity of heat-insulation oil pipe coupling just obtained and the condition of coupling work,the impacts on wellbore steam parameters caused by the heat loss of the coupling are obtained.The main work includes the following three aspects of investigations.1.In this paper,the measurement method are proposed by analyzing the structure and heat transfer process of heat-insulation oil pipe with coupling.The temperature field is simulated to obtain the measuring position with CFD method.Also the extent of the factors’impacts on measuring results is obtained by researching.2.The inversion model is established in two dimensions,and the finite volume method is extended to solve the direct problem,and the 0.618 method is used to solve the inverse problem by optimizing the objective function.By analyzing the effects of measurement error and position error,the impacts on accuracy are obtained.3.The simplified model of heat loss caused by coupling is established to obtain the impacts of the coupling’s heat loss on steam of different depth.The influence caused by heat loss of coupling with different thermal conductivities on wellbore steam is analyzed.By using the method of measurement and inversion in two dimensions,the impact on steam is closer to real situation,which has great reference significance and value to steam injection production. |
