| Oilfield water injection system operation optimization problem is belongs to Simulation technology of Oilfield Surface Engineering Optimization,mathematical model of oilfield water injection system has been built by using computer simulation techniques,which transformed this problem into contained 0-1 integer variables and continuous variable mixture variables nonlinear optimization problem.Oilfield water injection system optimization is to determine the open position and operation parameter of water injection stations under the instance that the service requirement of the oilfield water system is given,to satisfy the requirement of the whole system and to cut down the power consumption.With the development of modern optimization techniques,genetic algorithms has been widely used in various fields,since the optimized function it is only asked to be calculated,not requiring it to have continuity and differentiability.So it become a powerful tool of solve engineering problems caused in overcame the shortcomings in traditional gradient optimization method.Previous intelligent optimization methods in the oilfield water injection pipe simulation and operation optimization,the original data of water injection system designed has been used in the mathematical model.But with the passage of time and the change of external conditions,these data has been in the fuzzy rule changes,and it lead the effect of water injection system in operation is not ideal.Meanwhile,water injection system in operation optimization is the optimization problems containing the constraint condition,due to the constraint conditions of existence,the optimization algorithm is often directly exit for the constraint condition of restrictions and can not looking for or not to find the optimal solution.In this paper,I establish Oilfield water injection system optimization model of optimizate the pump station according to the characteristics of it.Then,use improved genetic algorithm solving this contains constraint condition model with original and experience data as calculation data,optimized to water injection system in energy efficiency,and the comparison on the two kinds of results,verified the feasibility of the algorithm and obtain the better optimization effect.Put forward the pipeline in the friction factor as fuzzy parameters based on water injection systems of production run oil field practical problems,establish the Oilfield water injection system optimization model which is fuzzy optimization to the pumping station.Application of genetic algorithm based on fuzzy simulation for calculation,through the numerical calculation results data and experience compared to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm. |
