Design And Analysis Of The Evaluation Equipment On High-temperature And High-pressure Foaming Agent

The evaluation of foaming agent as oil and gas fields preliminary test work on the foaming agent screening provides an important reference.This paper designs a new type of high-temperature and high-pressure foaming agent evaluation device to simulate actual working conditions for evaluation of carrying liquid foaming agent capable.Completed the overall design of the entire apparatus,including the vertical column systems,gas supplying system,liquid supplying system and metering system.Established a vertical duct system model.According to the theory of convective heat,analyze fluid in the analog oil pipe and heat pipe.Get the relationship between the fluid outlet temperature and flow under the different heat temperatures in the heat pipe.Established the main model of the device on supply system.Designed a new type of heat exchanger and had the further structural analysis and calculation.Fluid supply system needs to provide hot water to the vertical column systems,gas supplying systems and foaming agent injecting system.According to the total heat flow of three branch design electric heating boilers.Electric heating boiler is 10 units in parallel,so that both improve security and can provide stable and continuous source of heat for each branch.In order to analyze carrying liquid capability of foaming agent quantitatively,the mixed fluid should cooled,establish a model of the cooler and analyze it on structural.The dynamic performance evaluation equipment on high-temperature and high-pressure foaming agent improve the gas well foaming agent gas evaluation system,making the evaluation process more objective and accurate,eliminating human error and reduce labor intensity of workers,which play a guiding role on the choice of gas well foaming agents.
