Study On Energy-saving Measures Of Refinery And Standard Energy

In recent years,the overall level of China's oil refining chemical is rising,already have large-scale and strong ability,but energy efficiency compared with the international advanced level is still lagging behind,Due to the equipments with a high concentration,high energy consumption,to carry out the large refinery have an energy-saving potential.Due to our refinery has the smaller scale,low-level design,technology is relatively backward,the overall energy use and devices matching is poor.According to the above mentioned problems,this paper studied the general situation of development and the application prospect of the refineries.Introducing the advanced energy-saving methods,and these measures to be applied to the Daqing Refining&Chemical Company,and then make some reasonable recommendations on energy saving.This paper researches three questions:Firstly,analysis China's current energy consumption levels refining companies,carried out by the plant size and the use of a combination of large-scale process or combination unit,the unit heat integration,multiple sets of equipment integrated design and other ways to save energy.Secondly,summed up advanced energy-saving measures,there are several devices seen as hot joint coming a large system,so as to achieve energy utilization.Improve equipment efficiency equipment such as pumps,furnaces,and lower raw material costs.Finally,analysis of the composition of Daqing Refining&Chemical Company of energy,including crude oil,fuel oil,fuel gas,steam,electricity,water and other balance.Daqing Refining&Chemical Company conducted a baseline energy analysis,energy consumption calculation system through a set of energy consumption baseline calculated Daqing Refining&Chemical Company sets the benchmark crude oil distillation unit energy consumption,and according to their actual energy consumption factor to identify,evaluate their energy consumption.Carry on the energy consumption baseline found deficiencies and propose to rationalize energy use energy proposals.
