The Exploration Of The Standardized Management About Sewage Outlets On Rivers,taking Part Of Dagu Drainage River As An Example

With the rapid development of the economic society in Tianjin,the amount of sewage inletting into water body has been increased.At present,the control rate of the whole index of water function areas is only 19.7%,rivers with the water quality reached sub grade five has occupied 60%,the long-term serious water pollution problems have affected the water resources utilization and the integrity of aquatic ecosystem,and restrained the sustainable development of economic society.In order to solve such problems,we selected part of Dagu drainage river as our research area.During our study,the representative cross-sections were chose from upstream to downstream firstly,COD,BOD,SS,TN,NH4-N,TP and other indexes were evaluated.From the analysis of the main pollutants and the changing trend of water quality,we can find that: COD and TP were the main pollutants in 2012 and 2013.In 2013,the characteristic values of NH4-N and COD were increased gradually from upstream to downstream in the river,indicating that the amount of sewage inlet into the water along the river exceeded its ability for containing contaminator,and some discharge outlets inlet beyond pollution limits.In 2014,the water quality of Dagu drainage river was worse than two years ago,the concentration of NH4-N was raised.SS,TP and TN were becoming the main pollutants in this river.In addition,through the investigation about the management situations of two sewage outlets of Shuangqiao and Dagu Chemical Industry CO.LTD,there were still some problems,such as the unsound of laws and rules,the imperfection of technical manual,the negligence in supervision.Therefore,to further complete the standardized management about sewage outlets in Tianjin,and speed up the establishment of river sewage outlet supervision and management system are the prerequisite for improving and ensuring that the river water quality can meet the functional requirement of water environment.The supervision of sewage outlets is an important measure to protect water environment and resources,while improve the sustainable utilization of water resources.We need to conduct water resource management system strictly to achieve the purpose of protecting ecology and environment,maintaining river health.
