At present,the issue of climate change has become one of the hot topics in the field of energy policy and environmental management.According to the results of the global data,the current global building energy consumption as high as 41%,more than industry and transportation,its greenhouse gas emissions contribution rate of up to 30%~50%.As a high energy consuming industry,the construction industry has naturally become one of the key areas of emission reduction.The results show that the carbon emissions of China’s construction industry are increasing year by year,and the inter provincial inter provincial carbon emissions policy is relatively large.At present,the research foundation of Fujian Province in the construction industry is lack of corresponding theoretical and data basis.This paper chooses Fujian Province as the research object is because a typical strong southern province of Fujian province in the construction of development speed,energy resources,architectural form,construction methods and so on;on the other hand,because of Fujian Province as the pilot provinces to create the building energy efficiency supervision system,has officially launched the carbon emissions trading market at the end of 2016,it has practical significance for the research of emission reduction strategies.This paper focuses on the analysis and policy environment of Fujian Province,the development of the construction industry,the environmental regulation theory and cost-benefit theory,using the literature analysis method,theoretical analysis method,to discuss deeply the construction industry in Fujian province and emission reduction problems and strategies to build innovative construction industry in Fujian province to achieve emission reduction development.This is the development trend of carbon emissions in the construction industry of Fujian Province,and also the innovation of the subject.It is of practical significance and reference value for the government to make a decision on the quantification of carbon emissions in Fujian’s construction industry,and guide the emission reduction,and put forward a scientific and rational emission reduction strategy.This paper is divided into five main parts:the first part explains the background,purpose and significance of the research,reviews the research status at home and abroad,this paper introduces the methods and ideas of the research and technology route;the second part,the definition of building product carbon footprint assessment method,life cycle assessment,carbon emissions trading right connotation this environmental regulation theory,cost-benefit analysis theory and other related content;the third part mainly introduces China’s building industry of high yield,high energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions of major development,focus on the analysis of the development situation,the construction industry in Fujian province emission reduction targets and emission reduction advantages;fourth part,in-depth analysis of problems and causes there is reduction of the construction industry in Fujian province.The fifth part,according to the above analysis,from the technical approach and market approach two aspects of Fujian province construction industry emission reduction countermeasures and suggestions. |
