| The integral impeller parts is the core part of the turbine machinery,widely used in aerospace,nuclear power,automobile,metallurgy and other fields.The design of this kind of parts should be considered in fluid mechanics,aerodynamics and other disciplines,so its performance parameters is affected by machining method,the quality of machining surface and machining precision widely.With the rapid development of computer technology and numerical control technology,the machining technology of the impeller is changing with each passing day.In order to machine impeller parts of high precision,combined with laboratory equipment,the key technology of NC machining for integral impeller parts will be studied.This paper mainly researches the post processing development for five-axis CNC machine tool of dual turntable,simulation and optimization for NC machining of integral impeller,planning for machining process of impeller.Finally,the actual parts are processed and the theoretical part of the subject is verified,which is of great significance to the manufacture of such parts.Through the analysis of the technical requirements and machining difficulties for the machining impeller,the paper plan NC machining process of the impeller for integral impeller,including the choice of blank,the division stage of processing,the establishment of cutting parameters and machining route and so on,generate the tool path file of free interference on the platform of UG/CAM in the end.Based on the research of the post processing algorithm for DMU50 five-axis NC machine tool and NX/PostBuilder,the paper develop the special post processing program,and the tool path file is converted into NC code.This paper constructs DMU50 virtual NC machine tools in VERICUT system,and then demonstrate the actual process through the simulation its module,finally the virtual machining will be realized.The paper optimized tool path and cutting speed,then the NC code of high quality will be output. |
