Design Of Automatic Extraction Workshop With An Annual Output Of 2 Tons Of Panax Notoginseng Saponins

Extraction of traditional Chinese medicine is the most important production process,which is also the key point that directly affecting the quality of drugs and the bottleneck of the current quality of traditional Chinese medicine.Due to the specific characteristics and the complexity of traditional Chinese medicine,The production of traditional Chinese medicine is still in the manual or semi automated production process in our country now.The production process mainly relies on artificial judgment.And the process parameters are difficult to be accurately controlled.These lead to poor quality consistency between batches,unstable quality,low production efficiency,high cost,and poor international competitiveness.So we must seize the opportunity in the current fourth industrial revolution,make use of the modern technology such as computer technology,automation technology,communication technology,internet of things technology and so on,and design an automatic control system for the production of traditional Chinese medicine that suitable for the characteristics of the production process and China's current condition.The automatic control system for the production will realize the aim to make the production process be pipelined,continued and automated.It will eventually improve the product efficiency,enhance the uniformity between batches,and finally promote the upgrading of the traditional Chinese medicine industry,and the digitization of traditional Chinese medicine production.This paper is mainly about the design of the automatic control system for the production of traditional Chinese medicine,which is pseudo-ginseng used as an example.The design of the workshop reaches the domestic advanced level,which is fully considering user's need and well conform to GMP.The main contents of the paper are as followings:1.According to the small scale production process of pseudo-ginseng extraction,demonstrate the feasibility of the workshop;2.Complete the workshop process design which can product 2000 kg Panax Notoginseng Saponins extraction annually.It includes production organization plan,material balance,main equipment selection,workshop process,workshop layout design and so on;3.In the light of extraction process of pseudo-ginseng extraction,make a designation of automated-control system for pseudo-ginseng extraction.
