In view of the wide application of bag filter in industrial dust,this paper designed the optimization and energy saving dust controller for bag-filter,its purpose is to improve the dust removal efficiency and effect,prolong the service life of the bag,reduce the running resistance of the energy consumption of the bag-filter,to meet the requirements of optimal control of dust.Firstly,the research background and significance and the status quo at home and abroad of the research are briefly introduced,the bag-filter dust cleaning process is researched,designed the scheme of the control system and software and hardware.Secondly,the hardware platform and software program of the controller are designed,and the fuzzy intelligent control algorithm and the PID control algorithm are proposed.Among them,the control system is the core of the hardware design based on STM32F4 micro controller,designed the sensor signal A/D conversion,inverter control,switch input and output,485 communications,touch screen display and etc.;in the software design,the modular design is proposed,the functional modules are programmed separately,completed the system initialization configuration,the function module configuration,intelligent pulse-jet control,intelligent fan control program.At last,the part of the controller is debugged in laboratory.The debugging results show that the controller has strong anti-interference ability,stable operation,safe and reliable.The simulation results show that the control effect is good.This controller has the following innovations:1 by fuzzy algorithm to realize the pulse jet control;2 the optimization and energy saving control of fan,according to the expert system,the PID control is realized;3 highly integrated hardware architecture,the controller comprises the microcontroller,sensors and output control.
