In recent years,as economic growth has slowed,due to constantly optimize the energy structure adjustment,and ecological environment etc,the continuing slump in China coal demand,and the coal industry is over-productive.Belt conveyor is the main continuous transportation equipment in coal mine production,the discontinuity of coal production determines the imbalance of its transportation load,belt conveyor is generally determined by the peak capacity of coal mining.Therefore,the research of belt conveyor energy saving speed control system is of great significance for reducing production input and building environment-friendly coal enterprises.According to the current situation of low efficiency and high energy consumption of the main conveyor belt conveyor in coal enterprises,the main research work is as follows:The parameters that influence the power of belt conveyor are studied,the effect of changing belt speed on reducing power consumption of belt conveyor is analyzed,to determine the energy saving method.By analyzing the influence of belt speed and material unit length quality on the power consumption of belt conveyor running resistance,the matching relation of volume and speed is obtained under the condition of satisfying the intensity of conveyor belt,to provide theoretical basis for reducing the power consumption of belt conveyor.In order to analyze the influence of belt conveyor parameters on the control system,A power model with speed,volume and power consumption is established by using neural network,the model parameters are optimized by the particle swarm algorithm,the reasonable matching relationship between coal consumption and belt speed is obtained.The fuzzy controller of belt conveyor is designed based on fuzzy control theory,according to the model of belt conveyor system,the fuzzy control strategy is simulated by MATLAB.The simulation model of fuzzy controller for belt conveyor is set up in Simulink,the simulation results show that the fuzzy controller has basically met the control requirements.Finally,the energy saving speed control system of belt conveyor is designed,STM32 microcontroller is used as the core controller of the experiment,weight signals are collected by weighing sensors,after comparing the input data with the set value on the STM32 single chip,and output different duty cycle of the PWM control signal to realize the motor speed control.The experimental results show that the designed weighing speed regulation system has good real-time performance and high scalability,and the control requirement is basically realized.
