As one of the advanced manufacturing technology in the fields of twenty-first Century,the turn-milling technology has achieved fruitful results,but the research on the surface roughness of the inner surface turn-milling is very little,so this topic has important research value.First this paper is mainly based on the inner surface of the turn-milling movement,on the surface roughness of the inner surface turn-milling is analyzed by theoretical and simulation research,analysis of different factors influence on surface roughness,to get some valuable conclusions,so as to improve the surface quality of the turn-milling workpiece,provide some of the basic theory of reference,and further enrich the research of turn-milling theory.The main contents are as follows:The mathematical model of the inner surfaces of the turn-milling is established by means of geometrical analysis,the mathematical model of the inner surface axial and orthogonal turn-milling motion was established.The mathematic expression of any point under the tool coordinate system is established by mathematical model,and the mathematical expression of any point on the cutting edge of a milling cutter on the workpiece coordinate system of the milling cutter is derived by using the principle of graphic transformation,and the movement process of the inner surface of the turn-milling is analyzed theoretically.The computer simulation program was written by Matlab software,and the surface micro topography of the workpiece of the inner surface turn-milling was simulated,and verify the correctness of the mathematical expressions in front,and to calculate the value of surface roughness.By changing the axial feed speed,rotational speed ratio,radius of milling cutter,cutting depth machining parameters,number of teeth of milling cutter,analysis of inner surface turn-milling at different parameters on surface morphology and surface roughness are investigated,and draw the curve on surface roughness.
