This paper summarizes various efficient thermodynamic methods, technologies and techniques for oil exploitation , and make a deep and systematic research and practical exploration on techniques of the heavy-viscosity oil exploitation.Firstly, the paper focuses on the research of the characteristics of steam-injected thermodynamic oil exploitation, which is a major method of heavy-viscosity oil exploitation in our country. Based on this work , a mathematic model for. the steam-injected pipe network is worked out to study the flowing phenomenon of wet steam in the pipe. This model employs the four power Runge-Kutta solving method of one power differential equation with constant coefficient. In addition, a software for the optimization of steam-driven pipe network and pipe columns has been written and used in the numerical analysis of various parameters of steam injected.Secondly, in order to improve the oil-exploited effect of Gaoshen oil field and gain a better economic benefit, the paper also makes an indoor and on-spot experimental study on the recovery of flue gas to inject underground , which will improve the effect of steam injection and vomit.The numerical result analysis of the steam-driven pipe network and pipe columns and the experimental study on the recovery of flue gas show that: (l)The higher the velocity of steam injection , the more the pressure loss of the pipes is . And the bigger the diameter of the pipes , the less the pressure loss, but the more the heat loss is. (2)For the reason that the pressure loss is much more than the loss of steam dry degree, the selection of the pipe diameter in practical will be determined according to the steam-injected velocity , and under the instance of guaranteeing the steam degree the pipe diameter should be as big as possible so as to decrease the pressure loss.(3)The thickness of heat insulation lays should be selected perfectly since an optimal thickness can be attained due to the effect of heat insulation lays on reducing the pipe heat loss.(4)In order to improve the steam-injected effect, the steam flow in the steam-injected well tubes is expected to increase the steam degree in the mouth of wells and decrease the heat transfer coefficient of heat insulation pipes , which will increase the steam degree at the bottom of the wells.This technology aims at solving the major problem existing in the Gaoshen oil field . And the test has gained a good effect and shows a big potential on promoting productions. The success of the technology not only solves the technical problem of steam injection, but also establishes a solid foundation for further improvement of steam-driven effect.
