Urbanization has become the focus of China's future development.As a city of scarcity of land resources,urban renewal is the most important means of building new urbanization.However,the construction waste generated in the process of urban renewal has become a major problem in urban management.Thus construction wasteresourcerecyclinghas become a feasible solution of urban construction urgent problem.Therefore,this article take Longgang District Shenzhen as an example,analyzes the characteristics of construction waste generated in the Longgang District.And then make counte rmeasures and suggestions from the perspective of game theory proposed.This article was firstemission sources in the area of construction waste through field investigation,the total amount,characteristics and resource utilization of the existing problems.On the basis of full investigation,we analyzed construction waste recycling industry by game theory.Studies showed thatthe healthy operation of construction waste recycling industry chainis not only related to the production enterprises,but also by the impact of the relevant aspects of the common government management,policy development and the people.If it relyed only on market regulation,construction waste reuse and recycling companiescan not take the initiative to be construction waste as recycled production.Governments must develop policies to regulate the industry.On this basis,we builded a game theory model oflocal government andconstruction waste recycling among enterprises.The model showed that fine specification construction waste recycling companies reliable means of production,and the high probability of corporate subsidies is not in favor of the implementation of waste-water treatment production increases.Finally,in a practical case of the model results were verified.For construction waste recyclin genterprises,when the amount of waste-water treatment fined 900,000 yuan,the supervision was 41.2%,its executionrate can reach 65.8%,and the subsidies should be maintained at 10%.
