Game Research In The Whole Process Management Of Construction Waste

ABSTRACT:Construction waste which is generated in the natural disasters and process of reconstructing and changing the buildings, manufacturing the building materials, is lower recovery value. From the perspective of construction waste management, this article firstly analyzes the difficult:Construction waste which is of complex components, is recycled difficultly in kind. There is a long time period in recycling of construction waste. Above all, there are so many interest stakeholders and lots of coordination work in the process of construction management.Based on the three principle minimizing, utilization, innocent in theory of recycling economy and theory of whole process of management, there are generating, transporting in kind, recycling stages in the whole process of construction waste management. The article analyzed the foundation of phasing and stakeholders. For high efficiency management of construction waste, in the transporting in kind stage, construction waste eliminate-incorporate-land plays role in a information center. As a ruler of the society, government not only hopes that the problem of construction waste is solved, but also is able to control the process of construction waste. At the same time, government is a coordinator in the whole process.The following, at the three stages of construction waste management, based on game theory, government and the central stakeholder, construction units, transportation companies, recycling business, of each stage respectively establishes the complete information static game model, Stackleberg game model, evolution game model and then reach a conclusion at win-win mode. The following policy is foundation on this conclusion.At last, the article describes that as the coordinator of the whole process, government can adopt the measures and offer the policy in the whole process of construction waste management.
