Drilling pump is the heart of the drilling rig,which is one of the most important items in oil drilling and natural gas exploitation,and its working state can even directly affect the progress of the whole project.The improvement of the drilling pump has never stopped.These improvements include the improvement of the whole structure,the improvement of the performance parameters,the improvement of the design idea and the improvement of the design method.Parametric system design is one of the following:the improvement of design methods.Because the design of the drilling pump is a complex work,especially after more than 100 years of drilling pump development,many designs have matured.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a set of fast and personalized design methods to integrate the existing resources.First of all,based on the theory research of drilling pump on the advanced design method of reference at home and abroad,combined with the design of drilling pump manufacturers and manufacturing experience,with three cylinder single action drilling pump as the research object,on the basis of pipe system and the key parts of the drilling pump valve design of drilling pump,and the use of VB programming software,the 3D modeling software SolidWorks and its two development function,database software SQL Server three software,compiled a set of parameterized design system.Secondly,using Fluent software to analyze the valve gap flow,flow pattern of flow field,the velocity contour and streamline distribution of fluid from the simulation results,find the maximum velocity position,combined with the actual use of valve failure,find out the influence of erosion of drilling fluid to pump valve and valve seat of the valve,as a basis for prolong the service life of the pump valve to provide reasonable reference.Finally,the three-dimensional model of the obtained valve in the parametric system is introduced into the finite element analysis software ANSYS,and the stiffness analysis of the valve is carried out by ANSYS to verify its reliability.According to the simulation results to find the maximum stress position of the valve,the maximum deformation position,analysis of the causes of dangerous points.Reasonable suggestions are given for the improvement of the valve structure design.
