Now the scale of engineering blasting is getting bigger and bigger,the environment is becoming more and more complex,after the secondary blasting slungshot,vibration effect,dust and other harm affect people's lives,so improving the delay precision of delay time is very important.In this paper,the research status of the delay compostion at home and abroad is introduced in terms of formulation,on the bisis of the solid chemical theory and ball-milling theory,The particle size test was carried out by using the Malvern 2000 Laser Particle Sizer,HDO4034 Oscilloscope,S-4800 Scanning Electron Microscope and XD-3X Radiometer,respectively,for different ball mixing materials,ball mixing speed and ball mixing time.Delay time test,morphological characterization and compositional characterization,and the experimental results and results of the experimental test were analyzed and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)The ball-mixing time is 2h,with the ball-mixing speed increase,the particle size of delay composition decreases.The diameter of the stainless steel ball-mixing is the smallest at 250r · min-1,d(0.1)= 0.731?m,d(0.5)= 2.476?m and d(0.9)=9.15?m,the maximum specific surface area is 3.36m2;and agate ball-mixing with the delay composition at 300r·min-1,d(0.1)= 1.032?m,d(0.5)= 3.277?m reached the minimum,d(0.9)= 9.506?m slightly increased,and at this time the maximum surface area is 2.833m2·g-1.(2)The ball-mixing time is 2h.With the increase of the ball-mixing speed,the delay time of delay composition is shortened and the delay time precision is gradually improved.The delay time of the stainless steel ball-mixing is the shortest time at 200r·min-1,which was 57.3042ms,the delay time was the highest and the standard deviation and range are 2.3807ms and 8.0853ms.The delay time of agate ball-mixing at 300r·min-1 is the shortest,it is 71.6818ms,the delay time is the highest at 250r ·min-1,the standard deviation and range are 1.2486ms and 4.1753ms.(3)Ball-mixing speed of 200r·min-1 d(0.1)and d(0.5)did not change significantly with the prolongation of the ball-mixing time,d(0.9)gradually increased,and the increase is significant,the diameter of agate ball-mixing is gradually reduced,at the 4h,d(0.1)and d(0.9)are minimized,it is 1.077pm and 8.399?m,at the 5h,d(0.5)is the smallest,which is 3.340?m,the maximum specific surface area is 2.73m2·g-1.(4)When the ball-mixing speed is 200r min-1,with the prolongation of the ball-mixing time,the delay composition of the stainless steel ball-mixing is gradually longer and the delay time precision decreases gradually.With the prolongation of the ball-mixing time,with the prolongation of the agate ball-mixing time,the delay time is gradually shortened and the precision gradually increased,the highest precision at the 4h,this time the standard deviation and range are 1.4756ms and 4.1035ms.
