Garbage Mechanical Grate Boiler Furnace Based On DCS Automatic Combustion Control System Design And Implementation

Waste incineration power generation is currently one of the important ways of domestic garbage disposal,after years of localization of technical innovation,garbage incinerator imports from common to most of the localization,automation control system is imported into localization.Hollysys MACS V5.2.4 control system to write easily,strong expansibility,easy maintenance,automatic control system for the overall operation stable and reliable.Waste incineration has become the major way of city garbage disposal,in the whole process of waste incineration,waste in the combustion process is the most important link,the temperature at which the burning directly determines the processing efficiency and quality of garbage,also affect the decision of the secondary pollution.Mechanical grate is the core equipment in burning garbage process,so through the mechanical grate whole DCS control,realize the automatic control of the combustion temperature,municipal garbage incineration in China has very important significance,energy conservation and emissions reduction.At first,this paper suggests research background and significance of the garbage on the mechanical grate burning control system and technological process of learning and research,introduced the working principle of mechanical grate in waste incineration and related temperature field of the relationship.Then,according to the characteristics of waste incineration is proposed based on DCS garbage mechanical grate furnace automatic combustion control system overall scheme,and the DCS hardware design,selection,installation and debugging,the control system software to carry on the optimization of the design,implementation,and commissioning,the last of a complete set of system in the actual application,running conditions and results show that the control system to achieve the established objectives.In this paper,design and implementation of automatic combustion control system of the mechanical grate boiler,has been applied in ningbo city,zhejiang province.At present the system has been put into operation,a complete set of the stocker control system,operation simple and convenient.Implements the garbage burning automation when burned,garbage automatic combustion control system of the mechanical grate boiler running well,adjusting speed,system stable performance is good,strong ability against interference,has obtained the very good effect.
