As one of the most important industries in China's modernization construction,the oil industry has provided a huge energy output for all industries and human life,At the same time,a series of oil field wastewater caused serious pollution to our natural water environment.This paper deals with the treatment of oilfield acidification wastewater produced by oilfield acidification technology.The coagulation process was used as the first step,and the optimum process conditions were obtained through experiments,Adjust the original pH value of water to 7,inorganic coagulant poly aluminum PAC dosage was 1300mg/L,the rapid stirring time 30s,slow stirring time was 10min,the coagulation time was 1h,At this time,the water samples were basically clarified,the CODcr value was 70mg/L,and the removal rate of COD was 77.9%;The second step treatment using Fenton reagent advanced oxidation technology,advanced oxidation treatment to further reduce the CODCr value,the optimum process conditions were determined through experiments by Fenton,Select H2O2(mL):FeSO4·7H2O(g)=1,each of the first step of 200mL water sample after coagulating treatment,selection of H2O2 was 0.2mL,the corresponding FeSO4 7H2O 0.2g dosage,reaction time 3h,reaction pH=4,CODcr value of water was reduced from 70mg/L to 54.3mg/L,It has reached the first class standard of the national petrochemical wastewater discharge.Thus,this paper introduces the photo assisted method,namely external condition of this solar irradiation,treatment process to form a sunlight/Fenton method,instead of the ordinary Fenton method second step treatment of oilfield wastewater acidification,The experimental results show that the optimum processing conditions of the sunlight/Fenton method and the ordinary Fenton method are completely consistent with the exception of illumination,At the same time,Increasing solar irradiation conditions,the CODCr was 27.6mg/L,COD removal rate reached 91.3%.Finally,the process of coagulation-sunlight/Fenton method is obtained.
