Study On The Risk Assessment Of Liquid Petroleum Resin Tank And The Design Scheme Of Explosion Proof Partition

The possibility of fire and explosion exists in the chemical tank farm,and at the same time,because of the increase of the cost of the land at the present stage,the space of the tank in the chemical industrial park is inevitably reduced.Once the tank in a tank fire and explosion accidents,is likely to spread to other tanks,to further expand the consequences of the accident caused by the great impact on safety management of chemical enterprises tank,but also easily lead to the occurrence of adverse social impact accident.This paper analyzes the main risks in the production process of liquid petroleum resin,including fire and explosion,poisoning suffocation,electric shock,mechanical injury,burning and so on.The cause of the fire and explosion of the tank in the project is defined and the corresponding management measures are put forward.Through the calculation,it can be concluded that once the leakage accident occurred in the storage tank of the project,it can cause destructive damage to the plant and the operators.At the same time,it is proved by the concrete data that once the explosion accident occurs,the impact pressure will cause disastrous consequences,and once a storage tank explodes,it is bound to affect the other tank.It is pointed out that it is necessary to reduce the harm of explosion by reasonable means.In addition,this paper also studies the technical measures of explosion prevention and mitigation explosion technology measures of harm,the working mechanism of explosion-proof wall design,construction of various types of explosion-proof wall are introduced.At the same time,from the economic and practical point of view,this project uses the concrete explosion-proof wall,and puts forward the concrete design scheme of explosion-proof wall.
