| With the rapid development of science and technology in modern society,automation technology is continuous improving and progressing in the industrial field,it has been achieved for the technological transformation of traditional industry in a certain extent,and its role has a great impact on the production of enterprises.With the rapid development of the packaging in the field of industry,the demand for automatic baler becomes larger and larger,and more stringent requirements for baler.The baler of bobbin yarn is very important automation equipment in the textile enterprise,it is mainly used for the packaging of finished bobbin yarn,and it has a great improvement in the efficiency of cotton textile processing enterprises.At present,because of the type of foreign packaging machine price is too expensive and inconvenient maintenance,and domestic baler is generally at a low level,low efficiency and fault.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a high performance and low price domestic baler to meet the needs of small and medium-sized cotton textile processing enterprises.A fully automatic baler of bobbin yarn is developed in this thesis.It can realize the sealing of the plastic film for a single bobbin yarn,as well as a certain number of woven bags to be sealed in the bobbin yarn.The system is stable and easy to operate.The design of the packaging machine system using PLC as the control center of the whole system and the valve terminal island based on field-bus adapter information system as the interface part of the pneumatic.People can through the touch screen interface to achieve human-computer interaction control,and the WINCC configuration is used as the monitoring interface of the PC terminal,application of wireless communication module to realize the remote computer monitoring of the web page and download the remote program.The thesis introduces the baler from the following aspects:(1)According to the textile enterprise on the yarn packing requirements,and process of bobbin packed and to realize the function requirements,put forward reasonable scheme of electric control.(2)The reasonable device is selected according to the control scheme,and the hardware electrical design is also carried out,including power module,PLC control module,terminal valve island module,touch screen module,transmission module,temperature control module and wireless communication module.(3)Complete the software design of the control system,including the PLC control program,touch screen design,configuration monitoring system design and remote web monitoring design.(4)Complete prototype commissioning and performance test,record test data,analyze and summarize the problems encountered during the commissioning of the baler. |
