Study On Sewage Treatment Technology Of A Winery

With the development of the times,China's wine industry has played an irreplaceable role in China's economic development and social construction,and which has produced huge economic benefits.The waste water produced by the wine process is high and medium concentration of organic wastewater,with organic pollutants and chemical oxygen demand concentration is high,BOD/COD value,seasonal output and other characteristics,this is one of the most difficult industrial wastewater in the whole of China's brewing industryIn this paper,3000t of brewery wastewater from a brewery was studied.in accordance with the characteristics of brewing wastewater,a total of 300m3/d of various types of waste water,including high concentration of waste water 150m3/d,dilute wastewater 100m3/d,cleaning waste water 50m3/d.Often,the composition of the wine waste water is more diversified and complex,generally including the bottom of the pot,a one-time potting water;brewing raw materials cleaning and immersion water,running equipment cleaning water,condensate and other wastewater discharge.The wastewater treatment of this project should be carried out after the implementation of "fermented alcohol and liquor industry water pollutant discharge standards"(GB27631-2011)new enterprise water pollutant straight limit,by reading the relevant domestic and foreign literature,than the selection process,technology,and according to the site inspection situation,select a reasonable wine wastewater treatment process.Based on the analysis of waste water treatment project of brewery wastewater treatment plant,the quality of wine waste water and the corresponding pollutant discharge standard,the pretreatment-CSTR reactor-UASB reactor-biological contact oxidation tank was put forward for the high concentration wastewater "Wastewater treatment process route,the plant produced by the low concentration of waste water,clean wastewater,domestic sewage and so put forward the" pretreatment-UASB reactor-biological contact oxidation tank "wastewater treatment process route,due to the project produced by the Waste water composition and water quantity,taking into account the equipment investment,operation management,process processing and other factors,in the pre-treatment stage were treated,will be more effective to make the wine wastewater treatment.(GB27631-2011)in the effluent quality standards,and achieved good environmental benefits,economic and social benefits.
