A Research On Application Of Post-Evaluation On Construction Project

Post-project Evaluation refers to a comprehensive,scientific and objective analysis on the aim,process,effectiveness and function of a project and it is carried out after the project being completed and thrown into operation.Based on the study of preliminary work,the project implementation and the project operation,following aims could be realized:to make sure that whether the expected target is achieved,whether the project implementation is reasonable and effective and whether the index of benefit is fulfilled;to find the cause of the difference and changes by analyzing the gap between the expected and the true situation of the project;to reflect on the experience of the implementation of the project and put forward advice for a better management of the project.Based on the theory of Post-project Evaluation and researching on some Heat Pump Calcium Salt Production Project,the thesis offers a overall post evaluation on the captioned project according to the actual situation of the implementation of the project.The thesis includes 5 chapters altogether.Chapter 1 elaborates on the research background and meaning and sums up the domestic and abroad relevant research status and research contents and methods.Chapter 2 introduces the theory and the method of Post-project Evaluation and the current researches it.It also sets forth the Project Life-circle Theory and Sustainable Development Theory and introduces some representative methods of Post-project Evaluation.Chapter 3 mainly introduces the situation of the Heat Pump Calcium Salt Production Project including the background,the beforehand feasibility study(its main contents and conclusions)and the current running situation of the project.Chapter 4 focuses on constructing the framework of the index of the Post-project Evaluation.This chapter elaborates on the 4 principles of constructing the framework of the index of Post-project Evaluation,namely Post Evaluation on Process,Post Evaluation on Economy,Post Evaluation on Influence and Post Evaluation on Sustainability.The true situation of Heat Pump Calcium Salt Production Project is quoted and analyzed here to illustrate the 4 principles.Chapter 5 is a post project evaluation on Heat Pump Calcium Salt Production Project.The method of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation is adopted here considering practical and manipulable factors,introduces the conclusions and advice of the evaluation.The last part summarizes the research findings,analyzes the problems in the research and expresses the expectations of the further research.
