In recent years,air pollution in China has become more and more serious.Coal and electricity industry,as the basic industry of China's economy,not only promotes economic progress,but also causes air pollution.At present,the coal-fired units are basically equipped with flue gas desulfurization devices,but the construction and operation level of each unit is uneven,so it is particularly important to do a good post-evaluation of desulfurization projects.At present,most of the existing evaluation of desulfurization projects are the choice of desulfurization technologies and methods for research projects,and the post-evaluation of desulfurization projects rarely involves.The existing post-evaluation of flue gas desulfurization is also based on the analysis of calcium desulfurization project.Taking Huaihua Group's ammonia flue gas desulfurization project as an example,this paper studies the post-evaluation of ammonia flue gas desulfurization project,establishes the corresponding comprehensive evaluation system according to the criteria and characteristics of the project,and establishes the post-evaluation model of Huaihua Group's flue gas desulfurization project by using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.In the aspect of weight determination,we use analytic hierarchy process to determine the subjective weight of the index,use entropy weight method to determine the objective weight of the index,and finally use additive integration method to determine the final weight.The membership degree of each index is calculated by the membership function.Finally,the project is evaluated by the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.In the process of post-evaluation and analysis,the evaluation values of the actual value of Huaihua FGD project are compared and analyzed,the differences are found and conclusions are drawn,and corresponding opinions and suggestions are put forward.It can verify whether the project goal is achieved or not,and provide reference for the design,construction and operation of ammonia desulfurization project in the future.Through the post-evaluation of Huaihua ammonia desulfurization project,it is concluded that the evaluation of environmental impact indicators and economic indicators of Huaihua ammonia desulfurization project basically achieves the expected value,while the evaluation of construction management indicators and operation indicators does not meet the expected value,and generally basically achieves the expected standard.Figure[6]table[25]reference[29].
