The coals of Dongsheng have the characteristics of high internal water,low ash,low ash fusion temperature and low concentration.The coals of MD,NLM,DC and blended coal with HDG were selected in the experiments.First,proximate analysis,ultimate analysis,FTIR analysis and crystal mineral compositions have been analyzed.The coals of Dongsheng were blended with HDG to prepare coal water slurry(CWS),blended-coal CWS,blended-coal with particle size distribution CWS.The influence mechanism of CWS properties was explored by the analysis of the Surface electronegativity,wettability,crystalline mineral compositions and frantal dimension.Meanwhile,used Matlab mathematical software,it analyzed effects factor of CWS,like internal water,ash,Oad/Cad,HGI,fractal dimension,multivariable and established prediction modle of CWS,blended-coal CWS,blended-coal with particle size distribution CWS.The main results were shown as follows:The concentration of MD CWS was 52.25%,NLM was 58.02%,DC was 59.26%.The concentration of MD CWS was increased by 6%,NLM was increased by 4%,DC was increased by 2%by blending with HDG.The viscosity of slurry was decreased,the fluidity and the stability were better by blended-coal.The combination of blended-coal with particle size distribution CWS was increased by 1-2%than blended-coal CWS.When the slurry reached the same concentration,the addition of HDG decreased.The rate of water was lower,the stability of CWS was better,the viscosity of CWS was lower by adding small granular coal.However,not the smaller the coal granule is,the better the fluidity and viscosity of the slurry is,and the particle size needs equilibrium.Surface Zeta potential value was greater,the stability of slurry was better,the stability of CWS was fine by adding small granular coal.The slurry concentration increased by adding the coal of HDG.The viscosity of slurry was reduced with the contents of kaolinite,calcite,boehmite increasing.The fractal dimension of the blended-coal is relatively low,about 2.3,The fractal dimension was improved by the blended-coal with particle size distribution,more than 2.3.The higher the fractal dimension was,the higher the slurry concentration was.The prediction modle of CWS was established by Matlab mathematical software.Predicting concentration closed to the actual concentration,relative error was less than 2%.The coal water slurry can be predicted accurately by the prediction model to some extent.
