Coal slurry is a new kind of clean liquid fuel,which emerged in the 1970s.Due to the unique energy structure of our country,the development of water-coal slurry technology is very fast.Coal slurry gasification technology has been widely used in coal and chemical industry due to its advantages of cleanliness and efficiency.Coal slurry is a coal-based liquid consisting of coal powder,water and appropriate chemical additives.The selection of coal has a great influence on the quality and performance of coal slurry.It has become a hot research subject to improve the coal quality and improve the quality of coal slurry in order to meet the demand of actual production.This article mainly from the analysis of coal,coal water slurry preparation and its influence factors analysis,the influence of the blending effect of the process operation,the influence of the blending effect of the process operation was studied in the thesis.By means of experimental analysis,coal quality analysis of hongshi gorge coal was carried out,and its main components,heat,ash melting,ash content and gray viscosity were studied.It is realized that red stone gorge coal has the characteristics of high heat,low ash and low water content.Based on the preparation experiment of coal slurry,the effect of coal powder on the quality of coal slurry was compared,and the optimal matching scheme was obtained.Develop a detailed production test plan,with large nitrogen fertilizer gasification device as the test platform.In this paper,a large number of production data were tested,the technical parameters were analyzed,and the effects of coal preparation were analyzed.The influence of coal distribution on operation behavior of core equipment was analyzed by using information about the equipment used for inspection and inspection. |
